12-Week 1:1 Coaching

Get lean.
Build a lifestyle,
not a routine you dread.

A 1:1 coaching program for people who want to look and feel athletic year-round — without bodybuilding-style bulking phases or a diet so strict it wrecks your social life.

5–6 gym days/week · 1 rest day · weekly 1:1 calls · daily messaging

The Approach

This is built for real life, not a stage.

This is

  • A sustainable training + eating pattern you can keep for years
  • Structured gym sessions, 5–6x/week, built around your schedule
  • A grocery + nutrition guide with room for real food, and going out
  • Weekly check-in calls and 1:1 messaging when you need it
  • Progress measured by how you look, move, and feel

This isn't

  • A bulk-and-cut bodybuilding split
  • A meal plan that bans carbs, alcohol, or eating out
  • A generic PDF program with no one checking in on you
  • Built around competing on a stage
  • A 12-week extreme you fall off of by week 13

More Than Workouts

This isn't a fitness to-do list. It's mentorship.

You're not just getting handed a workout plan and a PDF. You're getting me in your corner, telling you exactly what to do — to elevate your life, your health, and the people you spend it with.

01

Life

Clear direction instead of guessing what's next.

02

Health

Training and eating that actually fits the life you have.

03

Social Circle

The people around you shape the results you get.

What's Included

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

01

Your 12-week program

A full gym program built around 5–6 training days and 1 rest day — male or female version, written for you, not copy-pasted.

02

Grocery + nutrition guide

A simple, flexible grocery list and eating framework built around getting lean — no macros PhD required.

03

Weekly 1:1 calls

A call with me every week, at a time that works for you, to check progress and adjust the plan.

04

Daily 1:1 messaging

Direct access to me between calls for form checks, questions, and accountability.

05

Built around your gym

Programmed for the equipment you actually have access to — commercial gym, home setup, or a hotel on the road.

06

A plan that evolves

Your program updates as you progress through the 12 weeks — never the same 4 weeks on repeat.

The 12-Week Arc

Three phases. One direction: leaner, stronger, more consistent.

Weeks 01–04

Foundation

Rebuild the habit of training 5–6x/week, lock in form, and get your nutrition into a rhythm you can actually sustain.

Weeks 05–08

Build

Volume and intensity increase. This is where strength and shape start to visibly shift, week over week.

Weeks 09–12

Lean Out

Training stays heavy, nutrition tightens slightly, and we finish the 12 weeks with a body and a routine you're proud of.

Two Versions, Built Differently

Trained for how your body actually responds.

Men's program training

Men's Program

Balanced full-body split across 5–6 days, built to add visible muscle while dropping fat — chest, back, shoulders, arms, and legs all get real volume.

  • Push / pull / legs rotation
  • Progressive overload every phase
  • Conditioning finishers on lifting days
Women's program training

Women's Program

Same 5–6 day structure, weighted toward lower body — glutes, hamstrings, and legs get extra dedicated days on top of full-body training.

  • 2–3 dedicated lower body/glute days
  • Upper body kept lean and toned, not bulked
  • Progressive overload every phase

Not Training Alone

The people around you shape the results you get.

Part of coaching is helping you build a life — and a circle — that makes staying consistent easy instead of a fight.

Who This Is For

High performers. And people ready to feel like themselves again.

I coach two kinds of people: high performers who want their body and energy to finally match their ambition, and people working through depression or anxiety about their body and wellbeing who are ready for that to change.

This is for you if

  • You're a high performer who wants your body and energy to match your ambition
  • You've been struggling with depression, anxiety, or confidence about your body and want that to change
  • You can commit to training 5–6 days a week
  • You want real 1:1 coaching, not a template you'll abandon
  • You're willing to be coached, not just given a PDF

This isn't for you if

  • You're training for a bodybuilding show or competition
  • You want a plan with zero flexibility around food or travel
  • You're looking for a free program with no accountability
  • You can only train 2–3 days a week right now

Your Coach

Jordan McB

I've been there. I went through a real period of depression, and fitness — along with eating better and building a more balanced lifestyle — was a big part of how I worked my way out of it and started building the life I actually wanted.

That's the lens I coach through. This isn't bodybuilding extremes or a diet so strict it isolates you from your own life. It's consistent training, real food, and someone in your corner every single week — because I know firsthand what it's like on the other side of it.
